The TrafficAlliance.com website is the creation of the Case of Success Company, established June of 1999. Past present, and future we have done and continue to do everything possible to ensure excellent advertising services to all participants in any and all of the Case of Success owned websites, including TrafficAlliance.com The quality of the our unique advertising services includes encouraging responsible member activities, including strict no-spam enforcement, extensive anti-cheat functions and early-fraud detection implementations. All members agree to read and comply in full with these published Terms of Use. We have developed the TrafficAlliance.com website to directly benefit users, and thank you for your continued support.
Case of Success staff reserves the right to deactivate any visitors access via IP Address blocking:
(a) distributes links to TrafficAlliance.com through unsolicited emails (i.e. spamming), newsgroup postings, or any other method of unsolicited mass communication; and / or
(b) attempts to circumvent, copy and / or gain unauthorized access to the programming, scripts, or server technology of the TrafficAlliance.com domain; and / or
(c) Falsely claims to be an official respresentative of TrafficAlliance.com or Case of Success Company

Agreement Between User(s) and Case of Success
The TrafficAlliance.com website includes hundreds of links to websites and pages that are not operated by the Case of Success Company, its affiliates and / or members. Said pages and websites are not under the control of Case of Success and / or TrafficAlliance.com staff and we are in no way responsible for, liable for, or in control of the actions or the contents of any of any said website or pages in part or in whole.
The TrafficAlliance.com website includes non-paid access areas available to you immediately without modification to or of these Terms of Service. Your use of the TrafficAlliance.com website is completely voluntary and constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service.
You agree to familiarize yourself with these Terms of Service, including any Additional Terms, and other terms and / or guidelines found within the TrafficAlliance.com domain and abide by them when you choose to use the website or service to which such terms apply.

Free and/or paid member accounts are completely non-transferable. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Case of Success Company, TrafficAlliance.com domain Owner(s), Representative(s), and Staff harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Service, or any third-party's rights. These obligations will survive any future termination of your use of the TrafficAlliance.com website.
ACCESS RESTRICTION
Case of Success Company either directly and / or via the TrafficAlliance.com Administrative Staff reserves the right to deny (in its sole discretion) any user(s) access to the TrafficAlliance.com website and / or any portion thereof without notice.
You are independently responsible for your password(s) and user name(s).
You are independently responsible for any use or misuse of your own accounts and / or your TrafficAlliance.com related activities in regards to your account resulting from any third party using a password or user name issued to you.
TERMINATION
The Case of Success Company, either directly or via TrafficAlliance.com administrative staff may terminate this agreement and / or your access to any or all TrafficAlliance.com website in its entirety at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. Anyone determined by Case of Success staff to have violated these Terms of Service or End User Agreement clauses may be barred from using the TrafficAlliance.com website in its entirety.
GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in courts located in Clark County, Washington, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TrafficAlliance.com website. In addition, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in such courts for any action commenced by you against Case of Success, Co. Use of any and/or all of the TrafficAlliance.com website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Case of Success and / or the TrafficAlliance.com administration as a result of this agreement or your use of the TrafficAlliance.com website. Case of Success's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Case of Success's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Case of Success with respect to the TrafficAlliance.com website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Case of Success directly and / or TrafficAlliance.com official representatives with respect to the TrafficAlliance.com website. You may not rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer or sublicense your rights in the TrafficAlliance.com website to any third party. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon and / or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
